【Article 1(Name)】 The name of the headquarters of Co-miyavi Worldwide International Family will be called “C.W.I.F.”. (Hereinafter “Fan Club”) 【Article 2 (purpose)】 This is the “Fan Club” that supports 雅-miyavi (hereinafter “The Artist”). 【Article 3 (prohibition)】 ●You must be a citizen or a resident of a country other than Japan. If you live in Japan, you are not eligible to apply for membership. ●It is prohibited to harass or offend other members or the administration staff. If violated, all services will be canceled and your membership will be discarded. ●Reproducing, use, broadcasting, publishing, and citation of contents (The Artist’s images, documents, writings, illustrations, etc.) are strictly prohibited by law. ●It is prohibited to resell or purchase any product such as concert tickets, goods, benefits to (from) third parties. If violated, you will be forcibly withdrawn from your membership. 【Article 4 (How to subscribe)】 If subscribing for a membership please read all of the terms of agreement and approve all the contents. By clicking on the "I AGREE" icon, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. All the payments (entrance fee 1,000 yen, annual fee 5,000 yen and international fee 2,000 yen) must be deposited in ways that we provide. “Fan Club” collects your personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, E-mail address and date of birth. Registration of your membership will be completed when your personal information and the payment has been confirmed. You will be able to access the service hereafter. The membership is available for a term of one year. If you have committed a crime or any public act of misconduct in the past, “Fan Club” may refuse to allow you to become a member if we determine that you are not credit-worthy. This site is not intended for use by children under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. You must comply with the age limit. When becoming a member, you represent and warrant that if you are under the age of 18, you have the consent of a parent or guardian. “Fan Club” limits the number of applications which has the same address and might ask for your ID to confirm to avoid illegal sales of concert tickets and limited goods. Duplicate registration, using unrelated person’s name, anonymous, or false names are prohibited. If violated, you will be forcibly withdrawn from your membership. All payments are non-refundable. If there is a payment error that occurs, the payment is non-refundable. 【Article 5 (Handling your personal information)】 “Fan Club” uses your personal information to administer “C.W.I.F.” only. “Fan Club” will not provide or release the information to any third party except when any party is related to manage “Fan Club” ’s services. More detail of this matter is stated in the “Fan Club” privacy policy. “Fan Club” will use your personal information in the database for identification during ticket pre-sales and other services. You agree that all of your personal information, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted on "Fan Club" site or any other site, is your sole responsibility. We shall not be liable to you or any third party in any way for any of your personal information, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any user content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any user content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the site. 【Article 6 (Continuation of membership)】 If you desire to continue your membership, please make the payments necessary (annual fee 5,000 yen and international fee 2,000 yen) by provided ways before the expiration date. If there is a payment error that occurs, the payment is non-refundable. 【Article 7 (Service)】 “Fan Club” will provide to all members as below: ●A membership card ●Commemorative gift for new and continued members ●Membership magazine (with translation) ●Access to exclusive site ●Opportunities to buy pre-sale tickets (limited) ※Someperformances may not be available ●Mail-order original merchandise ●Email newsletter service ●And More! *Essentially, providing same contents and services provided in Japan *Periodical publications will be shipped by express mail, and others (membership card, commemorative gifts, and membership magazines) will be shipped by regular air mail. ("Fan Club" will not reissue when the shipment cannot be delivered caused by any reason other than postal accident.Please be aware before you submit your registration.) *Please be aware that while tickets are available at all price levels, all tickets are offered on a first come first served basis. Due to capacity limits, there is no guarantee that the price level or venue you are seeking will be available. 【Article 8 (Handling of membership number and password)】 Handling of membership number and issued password must be followed as below. We are not liable for any harm caused by the theft or misappropriation of your membership number or password, disclosure of your membership number or password, or your authorization of anyone else to use your membership number or password. ●Your membership number and password are personal to you. Please keep your membership number and password confidential. ●Do not share, provide or release your membership number and password to a third party. ●If you have reason to believe that someone else has used your membership number and password, please report to “Fan Club” immediately. 【Article 9 (Modify your registration information)】 When you change your resident address or E-mail address, please let us know promptly. *If you need to update that information to your own delivery service, please do that also. “Fan Club” will not be responsible for any of undelivered cause. 【Article 10 (Withdrawal from membership)】 If you decide not to extend your membership or cancel your account within the registration period, please submit the notice of withdrawal. However, “Fan Club” will not refund the annual fee with no exception. If you violate this agreement and cause any damage to “the Artist”, any members or the administration staff, all of your access to “Fan Club” will be forcibly deniedand your membership will be withdrawn. 【Article 11 (Change, addition and modification of service contents)】 “Fan Club” may change, add or modify service contents at any time without notice for better service and management condition. 【Article 12 (Suspend services)】 The service may be suspended by a natural disaster or any unexpected situation. “Fan Club” will do our best to settle this matter; however, “Fan Club” will not take responsibility for any unexpected situations that may occur. 【Article 13 (Dissolution of “Fan Club”)】 If “Fan Club” is no longer able to be managed due to “the Artist”’s activity condition or any other reason, “Fan Club” will be dissolved. In that case, “Fan Club” will immediately contact all the members and refund the annual fee depending on the remaining period of membership (refund for the next month and later of the dissolved month). 【Article 14 (Modifying the contents of the agreement) 】 “Fan Club” may modify the contents of this agreement to manage the club efficiently. “Fan Club” will immediately inform the changes to all members.
